Derby Park Hill in Sanford, Florida, is a Community Workforce Housing Innovation Pilot (CWHIP) program grant-applicant project.
If Derby Park Hill is selected for funding, the Florida Green Building Coalition's new "Green High Rise Residential Building Designation Standard" will be the criteria applied to the building construction.
The Public-Private partners, the City of Sanford and Lowe Ave, LLC, will join forces to create 100 units of Workforce Housing.
